Dearest John (Jocko),
It wasn’t supposed to be this way. Malcolm is inconsolable. We were supposed to move to KW when my Mother passed and you and he were supposed to begin a new chapter in your long friendship. The comments thus far have been consistent; kind, gentle, patient, generous, knowledgeable. I concur with everything. If there is any justice to be had at all in this miserable world, you are in a much, much better place. R.I.P. gentle man. Catherine
